Tonja Tate did an outstanding job of organizing parents to get the library in order before the start of school. She also did a great job of organizing and executing the Scholastic Book Fair and always, always maintains a positive attitude even when pulled in multiple directions, often at the last minute.

David LunaAugust 2012Mr. Luna has gone above and beyond the call of duty in assisting in making sure the school was ready for children. He came in over the summer on his own time to prepare for the school year in his new position. He is always willing to lend a hand to make sure our scholars are taken care of in the best manner.

September 2012 Patricia has been helpful in developing after school programs for the children, taking care of the needs of ALL staff and administration, working 12 plus hours per day and being compassionate and caring for the community and scholars. |

Sharon DuplantierSeptember 2012 Sharon has been having at home sessions working with the teachers to better plan for scholars. She is a true professional at all times, goes after results by tutoring children that are in need and comes in on Saturdays to work with the staff. |

Brittany goes above and beyond helping the 3rd Grade team reach the stars. She knows her limitations but is always striving to do her very best to become a Hampton Teacher of Record one day. Brittany never says a bad word against anyone, always has a smile and does whatever is asked of her. | 
Chataqua SmithOctober 2012 Chataqua works and mentors new middle school staff during her planning time. She moved from Kindergarten to Middle School ELA when the need arose for the betterment of the scholars. Chataqua is wokring with all children and taking the lead for the 6th grade on the Road to College Trip. |
 Brittney LittleOctober 2012 Brittney is willing to step forward and lead Student Council. She is creating high quality lesson plans that lead to outstanding student results and constantly seeks feedback to improver her performance. |

ReaNoel NavarretteNovember 2012Noel spearheaded the Road to College trip which was wonderful!! Noel also spearheaded a very successful fundraiser that brought in over $3,000 in profits. Noel is always willing to extend a hand to help all!!

Sabria BrownNovember 2012Sabria is always willing to go above and beyond for the scholars. She is a part of forming a PD team for the elementary school. Sabria gives support to other staff into the wee hours of the morning. |

Patricia MayoNovember 2012 In the short period of time of employment with Uplift, Patricia has taken on the challenge of mastering the truancy process and ensuring that our scholars are all in attendance as required. Patricia will now be responsible for conducting truancy procedures to other campuses as well to create awareness and troubleshoot throughout the process.

Phillip AllumsNovember 2012 Phillip does an outstanding job of organizing and coordinating ESL support and services to students and staff. He continuously provides timely and relevant communication to staff and works well with CMO staff, sister schools, and campus staff. | Brady CooperDecember 2012 Brady demonstrates high expectations by setting challenging goals for himself and his students. He approaches change with a positive attitude. Brady also shares resources, offering assistance and devotes time to help others. | Justin HoustonDecember 2012 Justin is always lending a hand with elementary, middle, and high school for programs with his audio. He does training videos for staff and works on weekly SLA and Student Council videos for Advisory. | Tenisha WillisDecember 2012 Tenisha is always lending a hand with elementary in Mrs. Cooper’s absence. She goes above and beyond in presenting Professional Development. Tanisha also works Movie Night and the Polar Express.
